Lenskart has announced plans to expand and strengthen its workforce, and add more than 2000 employees across India by 2022 , as part of its plan to increase its consumer base over the next few years.
The company has been aggressively hiring across verticals especially the tech and data science team, roping in data scientists, business analysts, data engineers, and experts.
The omnichannel eye-wear brand is looking to add 1500 more retail employees to manage their rapidly increasing stores, 100+ engineers to the technology team across Bengaluru, NCR, and Hyderabad. Over 300 employees to join the supply chain & manufacturing operations, 100 to the corporate functions across finance, consumer insights, HR, and merchandising. In addition, Lenskart will also be expanding its international teams in Singapore, Middle East, and the USA by adding 300 more employees.

So, hiring is a key aspect in our growth journey and we are looking at actively hiring skilled talent across verticals for regions like Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi among others.”
